Exactly which cookies our site and our providers set, and how to turn off the ones that are optional.
LAST UPDATED 10 August 2026
We set very few cookies. There is no cookie for tracking you around the internet, and your dashboard login is not stored in a cookie at all.
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. Some are set by us, and some are set by the companies whose services run on our pages. This page lists both.
When you sign in to your dashboard, your browser keeps a session token in its local storage, and the real session lives on our servers. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to anyone else, and it expires after seven days.
Signing out removes it. Resetting your password removes every session you have, everywhere.
Every qubesquad.com address sits behind our network provider, Cloudflare. It sets short-lived cookies (with names like __cf_bm and cf_clearance) to tell real visitors apart from bots and attack traffic. Without these we cannot keep the site up under attack, so they are not optional.
On the checkout page, our payment processor Stripe sets its own cookies (with names like __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid) to spot card fraud and to make its payment form work. They are set by Stripe, not by us, and only where the payment form is loaded.
When advertising measurement is switched on, our website and dashboard load Google's tag. It sets cookies (with names like _ga and _gcl_au) so Google can tell us which adverts led to sign-ups, and how much a sign-up was worth. That is the only advertising technology on our sites.
We do not run session recording, heat mapping, browser fingerprinting, social media pixels or third party retargeting pixels.
Our sites do not currently respond automatically to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals from your browser. Email us and we will apply your preference by hand.
If we add or remove anything that sets a cookie, we update this page and its date. The Privacy Policy explains what we do with the information these tools collect. Questions go to privacy@qubesquad.com.
Email support@qubesquad.com and a real person will answer. For privacy questions use privacy@qubesquad.com. To report abuse coming from one of our servers, use abuse@qubesquad.com.
